Full Brother to Old Glory Among Five Marlhill Yearlings Heading To Goffs Orby Sale


Marlhill House Stud has a consignment of five yearlings heading to the Goffs Orby Sale this year which is being held in Doncaster on 30th September – 1st October 2020.

Among the five is the full-brother to 2017 Goffs Orby Sale topper Old Glory who went on to become a multiple stakes performer. The Frankel colt is also a half-brother to Stakes winners Adjusted and

Giuseppe Piazzi and out of Belesta, the dam of six winners from six runners.
We also have two colts by Starspangledbanner heading to the sale. Lot 190 is out of Beat Hollow mare Hollow Talk and from the family of Group 1 Criterium de Saint-Cloud winner Epicuris. Lot 340 is out of the Group 3 winning Acclamation mare Ponty Acclaim, already the dam of two winners from two runners.

In addition, we have a colt by Coolmore’s exciting first season sire Caravaggio and is a half-brother to Listed-winning Mixology and catalogued as Lot 274.

Making up the quintet is another by a first season sire; multiple Group 1 winning Highland Reel. The March-born colt is a half-brother to Grade 1 Northern Dancer Turf Stakes winner Redwood.
