Brother to exciting Nobody Knows among classy Goffs Orby draft

We are delighted to be offering three beautifully bred yearlings at Part 1 this year’s Goffs Orby Sale, set for 29 and 30 September.

Lot 415, a colt by the late leading sire Wootton Bassett, heads to the sale with a major pedigree update as a full-brother to Nobody Knows, the impressive winner of his debut for Richard Hughes at Ayr on Saturday. An expensive breeze-up purchase by his owners, Bernardine and Sean Mulryan, Nobody Knows became the seventh winner out of his Listed-winning dam Thai Haku, whose earlier progeny included the high-class Listed winner Sarrocchi.

Lot 339 is a Camelot full-brother to winner Ancient Myth. Bred on a variation of the highly successful Camelot – Danehill cross, he is out of the young winning Fastnet Rock mare Queen Rehab, a full-sister to G3 winner Fastnet Tempest. Queen Rehab is also a half-sister to the G3-placed Excellent Guest, whose G3-winning daughter Sweety Dream is making quite the name for herself at stud as the dam of current high-class sprinters Romantic Style and Town And Country.

We also have a well-bred filly on offer in Lot 383, a Churchill relation to champion Millenary. Out of the Dalakhani mare Sixpenny Sweets, she is a half-sister to four winners including the G3-placed Spangler. In turn, Sixpenny Sweets is a half-sister to G2 winner Knight To Behold and top Japanese performer Cosmo Meadow.

Our draft will be showing in Barn C.
